I started Vida Lab because I know what it’s like to feel confused by your own body. For years, I struggled with health issues that no one really explained — and I remember wishing someone had given me the tools, language, and confidence to understand what was happening.

So that’s what I’m here to do now. Through Vida Lab, I share everything I’ve learned — from science-backed research to real-life experience — in a way that feels honest and supportive. My goal is to help you feel at home in your body, trust your instincts, and realise that you’re never alone in figuring it all out.
